Placements24 seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale Oil & Gas construction projects in Mahikeng, North West. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams through planning, procurement, execution and closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, with 10+ years in project management and PMP certification preferred. Hybrid work supports strategic oversight and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is required.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• At least 10 years of project management experience in Oil & Gas construction.
• Proven track record delivering large-capital projects from initiation to closeout.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and closing of complex construction projects in Oil & Gas.
• Develop detailed project plans: scope, budget, schedule, resources.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors and suppliers for delivery.
• Oversee procurement, contracts and vendor management.
• Implement risk management and ensure safety/quality compliance.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact; liaise with regulators.
