Responsible for the deliveryof all assigned DISA projects on time, on budget, aligned to the specific DISAPMO project delivery methodologies, governance, and quality standards, as wellas attainment of DI and Client specific objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• · Responsible for the planning, leading, andmanaging of DISA projects and / or programmes throughout the defined DecisionInc. Project Lifecycle, from Initiation to Sign-off.
  
• · Responsible for the successful outcome of theassigned project / programme and is the key driver that holds the engagementtogether.
  
• · Leads the project / programme as if it were theirown business, with key focus on Client satisfaction, achieving DI and Clientproject objectives and targeted GP margin for the relevant BU/s, as well assetting and maintaining a positive and productive environment for the DIproject team.
  
• · Builds and maintains strong, value-addingClient relationships to ensure successful outcome for the project, navigatingboth the expected and unexpected project complexities, while ensuring DIobjectives are met.
  
• · Builds and maintains strong, value-addingrelationships with DISA internal stakeholders (including but not limited toPMO, BUs, Finance, IT and HR) to ensure project success.

• · Responsible for adhering to, driving, andmaintaining DISA PMO governance practices, including but not limited to:
  
• o Ensuring correctproject initiation and set-up, through close collaboration with the respectiveBU Business Managers, Engagement Managers, Client Partners, and Head of PMO, aswell as other relevant DISA stakeholders.
  
• o Creation and dailyupdates of a detailed Microsoft Project Plan including resource allocation,predecessors, dependencies, budget, baselines, work, actual work, and remainingwork.
  
• o Loading andmaintaining the Project Plan in Projects on Line.
  
• o Responsible for thecreation, sign-off and adherence to the Project Charter.
  
• o Coordinates and drivesproject delivery in line with the agreed budget, scope, cost, and qualityparameters.
  
• o Responsible for thecreation, execution, maintenance and sign-off of all relevant projectgovernance and documentation, including but not limited to project initiation,project set up in relevant DI systems, Analysis and Design artefacts, Charter /Blueprint / RTM / FSD / TSD / FDD / FRD / SRS, delay notification and changecontrol documents, quality assurance, unit testing and UAT, training, systemintegration, cut-over, go-live, hyper-care and move to support.
  
• o Manages theassigned project team to ensure delivery according to the agreed projectCharter and plan, including timeous escalation of potential risks, issues, anddependencies to the relevant stakeholders.
  
• o Responsible for thecreation, execution, and management of the project budget, including managementof the internal project cost vs. revenue, associated billing and / or cashflowmilestones, and monthly invoicing instructions.
  
• o Responsible for thepreparation of relevant collateral and drives all relevant project meetings,including but not limited to project stand-ups, Client status updates, internalor Client facing Project Boards, ManCo’s, Steering and Executive Committees.

Requirements

Prior Experience, TechnicalKnowledge, and Qualifications

• Proven trackrecord of delivering multi-country (international) D365 FO implementationswith a budget of no less than R40M
  
• In-depthknowledge and adherence to Microsoft Success by Design framework (Essential)
  
• Proven trackrecord and ability to communicate and negotiate on C-Suite level (mustdemonstrate that have dealt with CEO, CFO)
  
• +15 years’experience of delivering large scale ERP implementations and managing aproject team of +20 consultants
  
• In depthknowledge of Microsoft Project and Projects on Line
  
• In depthknowledge of managing and tracking projects in DevOps
  
• PMcertification (PRINCE 2 and / or PMBOK as minimum), Tertiary educationdegrees in Engineering, Computer Science or BCom
