• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Report project progress, status, and key metrics to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or PMP certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant portion focused on energy projects or large-scale infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects with budgets exceeding R100 million.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
