The role requires 10+ years in project management with at least 5 years in energy projects, plus strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on energy projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets exceeding R50 million and complex project teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working with hybrid and remote teams effectively.

You will be responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
