Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience.
• At least 3 years leading digital transformation projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; proficient with MS Project and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, goals, deliverables and resource requirements for digital transformation.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources; ensure adherence to PM frameworks.
• Lead and motivate project teams; foster collaboration and high performance.
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks; communicate status to stakeholders.
