About the Role

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing game development studio looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Game Producer & Project Manager to join their team in Soweto, Gauteng. This role is crucial for overseeing the entire lifecycle of game projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery, managing cross-functional teams including developers, artists, designers, and QA testers. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of game development processes, and expertise in project management methodologies. You will drive project momentum, facilitate communication, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute game development projects from concept to release.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
