Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Custodian of Civil Engineering located in Gauteng, South Africa. This role focuses on overseeing feasibility studies and ensuring that engineering standards are defined and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a BEng in Civil Engineering, at least 6 years of design experience, and strong leadership skills. You will act as an interface between the project team and operational teams, driving technical contributions and optimizing engineering systems to meet business objectives.

Job description

PURPOSE : Custodian of Civil Engineering for feasibility studies and ensure discipline engineering standards and specifications are defined and maintained throughout study development. Responsible for all technical and engineering aspects related to design through project lifecycle to ensure optimum performance to business requirements, organizational objectives, and sound engineering practice.

Act as an interface between project team and operational teams.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• BSc Civil Engineering Management Development Programme (Desirable)
• 6 years of civil engineering principles and design experience
