Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Custodian of Civil Engineering located in Gauteng, South Africa. This role focuses on overseeing feasibility studies and ensuring that engineering standards are defined and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a BEng in Civil Engineering, at least 6 years of design experience, and strong leadership skills. You will act as an interface between the project team and operational teams, driving technical contributions and optimizing engineering systems to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• 6 years of civil engineering principles and design experience.
• Strong ability to work in collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support service delivery within department and project budget parameters.
• Investigate complex engineering problems and develop solutions for optimization.
• Contribute technically in individual skill area based on sound principles.
