Placements24 is seeking a Project Architect for a Centurion-based role responsible for leading design development and delivery of commercial architectural projects. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating with clients, consultants, and regulators.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years post-registration experience, SACAP registration, and strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and 3D modeling is essential.

Qualifications

• Professional Architect qualification registered with SACAP.
• At least 8 years post-registration experience.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial/retail projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and 3D modeling.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Experience in sustainable design is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design development and execution of commercial architectural projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee and guide junior architects and design teams.
• Prepare detailed design proposals, presentations, and construction documentation.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for new projects.
