Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex projects from concept design through to construction completion.
• Strong understanding of South African building regulations, planning laws, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and deliver projects successfully.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality commercial and institutional architecture is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall architectural design and project management for commercial and institutional buildings.
• Manage project teams, including junior architects and technicians, ensuring effective collaboration and workflow.
• Coordinate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
