The ideal candidate holds SACAP registration with 8+ years of experience, demonstrates leadership and strong communication, and mentors junior staff in a professional, high-standard office environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with SACAP.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial and residential architecture.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of SA building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage project teams and client expectations.
• Strong portfolio of commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project management for commercial and residential developments.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and project requirements.
• Manage client communications and stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and design proposals.
• Oversee construction administration, site visits, RFIs.
• Mentor junior staff and foster excellence.
• Manage schedules and budgets for timely delivery.
