Sphere Digital Recruitment Group is looking for a Senior Programmatic Account Executive in Cape Town to manage and optimise programmatic campaigns for UK clients. The role includes leading client communications and driving performance outcomes while supporting junior team members.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with DV360, an understanding of programmatic principles, and excellent analytical skills. The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the Cape Town office.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with DV360 and Trade Desk.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising principles.
• Proven ability to manage and optimise campaigns independently.

• Build, launch and continuously optimise programmatic campaigns across DV360.
• Monitor performance daily and implement solutions to exceed campaign goals.
• Lead day-to-day client communications and provide actionable insights.
