Qualifications
- Proven production supervision experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production line activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor output, quality, and efficiency; take corrective actions to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Train and mentor line staff on procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate production records and report to management.
- Collaborate with Quality Control and Maintenance to resolve issues.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Manage materials inventory and coordinate with procurement.
