You will lead line staff, optimize processes, collaborate with maintenance and QA, maintain records, train staff, and foster a positive team culture while delivering measurable performance improvements. This role requires strong leadership and data-driven decision making in a manufacturing setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing/production.
• Proven experience with production line management and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software and MS Office Suite.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in the relevant industry is highly advantageous.
• Willingness to operate in Bloemfontein, Free State area.
