Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory/management role in manufacturing or production.
• Lean and Six Sigma exposure is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.

• Oversee daily operations of multiple production lines to ensure optimal performance.
• Mentor, train, and coach staff to foster continuous improvement and safety.
• Monitor processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.

• Maintain production records and report KPIs.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on the floor.
