Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and equipment within the production environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering or process optimization roles.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.
• Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab) and ERP systems.
