Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing industrial processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies using value stream mapping and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies leveraging Lean and Six Sigma.
• Design, simulate, and pilot new process flows aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean and Six Sigma projects, with relevant certifications (e.g., Black Belt) highly desirable.
• Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, SPSS, Power BI).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
