Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years as Production Engineer in manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis, SPC, MES/ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, yield, and quality.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions remotely.
• Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies to improve manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production data and process performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience (5+ years) as a Production Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process analysis, optimization techniques, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP systems.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
