The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong data analytics, and collaboration with reservoirs and operations teams. You’ll develop forecasts and cost models while supporting new production technologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in production engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Expertise in production optimization, artificial lift design, and well testing interpretation.
• Proficiency in production data analysis software and tools.
• Strong understanding of surface facilities, processing, and flow assurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data, well performance, and facility operations to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Design, implement, and manage artificial lift systems, including ESPs, gas lift, and rod pumps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing recovery rates.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineering and operations teams to ensure integrated field development and production strategies.
• Oversee workover and intervention programs, ensuring they are conducted safely and effectively.
• Develop and maintain production forecasts and operational cost models.
