• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in production engineering within oil & gas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production performance and analyze well data for optimization opportunities.
• Design, implement and manage artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, rod pumps, gas lift).
• Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime to maximize recovery.
• Perform production forecasting and contribute to planning and budgeting.
