Job summary

SavageOne Pty Ltd is seeking a Product Manager to oversee a designated product portfolio, drive profitability, and push the development of new offerings. You will translate concepts into market-ready products, leverage industry expertise, and coordinate with pre-sales, support, and vendors to align with our business strategy.

You will manage the full product lifecycle from conception to withdrawal, support pricing models, and help the sales team craft compelling value propositions.

Qualifications

• Matriculation (minimum)
• Min 5-8 years of experience in Product Management
• Profound understanding of enterprise content solutions and SDLCs
• Demonstrated success in solution sales, channel management and building commercial relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with C-level executives
• Strong commercial focus in product management and ability to manage projects
• Willingness to travel extensively

Responsibilities

• Gain market insights and analyze competitive landscape.
• Develop a multi-year product roadmap with prioritization.
• Support annual product strategy and roadmap creation.
• Execute tasks related to product strategy and roadmap.
• Assist sales by crafting compelling market value propositions.
• Implement local product strategies based on market segmentation.
• Assist in pricing models guided by ROI analyses.
• Design and conduct market research to gauge customer perceptions of existing and new products.
• Create product collateral for stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor developments.
• Provide market, industry and competitive analyses and pricing/packaging strategies.
• Coordinate trade shows, roadshows and product launches with the Senior Product Manager.
• Represent the company at conferences and training events as needed.
• Contribute to newsletters and events with the Senior Product Manager.
• Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle and ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Create solutions for various vertical markets and manage pricing updates in ERP/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with logistics to maintain stock levels and forecasts.
• Serve as primary contact for product inquiries.
• Ensure training materials and collateral are updated in CRM.
• Lead product launch processes for internal and external teams.
• Coach sales on market planning, customer references and training.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies and event campaigns.
