SavageOne Pty Ltd in Johannesburg invites applications for a Portfolio Product Manager: Print Solutions, based in Woodmead onsite, reporting to the Head of Product. You will lead and mentor multiple Product Managers, align product strategies, and drive initiatives across the portfolio.

The role focuses on market opportunity identification, vendor relationships, budgeting, and ensuring timely delivery of products and projects, with collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Service and L&D.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Diploma or degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–10 years' experience in the Office Automation / ICT industry.
• 2–3 years' experience working with franchises.
• Proven budget management, product management, and team leadership.
• Advanced MS Excel (advantageous).

Responsabilités

• Analyse competitive landscape and identify offerings, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Gather customer and channel insights with Sales and Marketing.
• Use insights and sales data to inform product development, selection, and roadmap planning.
• Define product strategies with Product Managers, including: target market, product offering, commercial approach, and unique value proposition.
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to develop internal and customer-facing product collateral.
• Mentor and guide Product Managers; ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery.
