Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of six years of experience with a strong portfolio across mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team in developing creative concepts and visual solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Oversee the development of visual assets for marketing materials across website graphics, social content, digital ads, emails, print, and packaging.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and internal teams to understand project requirements and target audience needs.
• Manage the design process from concept to completion to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
• Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all design assets and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed to support projects.
