Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business or a related field.
• MBA or Master's degree is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in product management or product development, with a significant focus on consumer electronics.
• Proven track record of successfully launching innovative consumer electronics products.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, R&D processes, and market dynamics.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
