Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years in product development or mechanical design, focusing on rotating equipment or fluid handling.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and CFD/FEA tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new industrial pump products, from concept to commercialization.
• Design and engineer pump components and systems using CAD software.
• Conduct CFD/FEA analyses to optimize hydraulic efficiency and structural integrity.
• Develop prototypes and oversee testing procedures to validate design performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and sales to ensure product requirements are met.
• Specify materials, select components, and manage supplier relationships for new product development.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specs, test reports, and user manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during prototyping and early production phases.
• Stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies in the pump industry.
• Contribute to IP development and patent applications.
