Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years' experience in mechanical product design in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in CAD (SOLIDWORKS, Inventor) and FEA tools; GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components and assemblies for new product introductions using CAD.
• Conduct stress, thermal, and vibration simulations to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with industrial designers to translate concepts into manufacturable designs.
• Define production processes with manufacturing engineers and ensure DFM.
• Create detailed drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Prototype development, testing, and validation; troubleshoot issues.
• Evaluate new materials/technologies to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Support production ramp-up and provide ongoing engineering support.
