- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership.
- Excellent communication in a hybrid work environment.
Responsabilités
- Lead conceptualization, design, and development of new products.
- Oversee engineering design with CAD modeling, simulation, and analysis.
- Manage prototyping, testing, and validation for performance and quality.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize for mass production (DFM/DFA).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
