Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 6+ years in product development or design engineering.
• Experience with DFM/ DFA and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development from concept to final launch.
• Design and develop new products with function, ergonomics, cost.
• Create specifications, prototypes, and testing protocols.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, manufacturing, QA.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Manage development projects within timelines and budgets.
• Oversee transition to full-scale manufacturing.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback for innovation.
• Prepare technical docs and project reviews.
