Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of key suppliers, fostering collaborative partnerships.
• Oversee the contract management process, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
• Implement and monitor procurement policies and procedures to ensure best practice and ethical conduct.
• Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and value creation.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, engineering) to understand their needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, savings, and supplier performance to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
