The position partners with executive teams to optimise workflows, improve efficiency, and foster sustainable growth in the Western Cape region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business process improvement or related field.
• Proven success leading large-scale process transformation projects.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification desirable.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data interpretation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and redesign of core business processes across client functions.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies and waste.
• Develop and implement robust process improvement strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage project timelines, resources and deliverables for successful outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to measure process performance.
• Train and mentor client teams on new methodologies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership.
• Contribute to firm knowledge base and best practices.
