DeARX Services (Pty)Ltd is seeking a Senior Process Engineer with 7-10 years of experience to drive enterprise business process optimization in Sandton. You will assess, analyze, and map processes, document workflows, and lead design workshops with stakeholders up to executive level.

You will collaborate across IT and business units to align processes with corporate strategy, leverage BPMN, Aris, and Agile/SAFe practices, and support end-user training and adoption of new solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Skilled in scoping, sizing, and planning business solutions.
