Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Process Engineer within the Banking sector (essential).
• Proven experience in business process modelling, analysis, optimization, and improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of process engineering methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate across strategic and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery, validation, documentation, modelling, simulation, analysis, and communication of business processes.
• Analyse current and future state processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Facilitate process design workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Develop process maps and supporting documentation.
• Support business transformation initiatives through process engineering best practices.
• Translate business requirements into efficient and scalable process solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive complex business outcomes.
