Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 8 years of experience to assess, map and optimize business processes. You will work on enterprise architecture concepts and SOA, use cases, UML, and data modelling to define requirements and support design specifications.

Experience with SQL queries and a background in the financial services sector are advantageous as you facilitate workshops with executives and contribute to end-to-end business process transformation and

Qualifications

8 years experience as a business analyst involved with assessing, mapping and optimizing business processes
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and SOA would be an advantage
Experience in using Use Cases to specify requirements (Business and System)
Knowledge of UML to collaborate with system analysts and architects in designing specifications
Understanding of data modelling and the ability to perform basic SQL database queries would be an advantage
Experience in financial services environment would be an advantage

Responsibilities

Deal with and influence the strategic and tactical aspects of discovering, validating, documenting and communicating business process knowledge through modelling
Focus on complex business outcomes and technical aspects in line with the business strategy
