Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking a Print Production Manager at Head Office to lead end-to-end production of marketing materials across the Dis-Chem ecosystem. You will drive workflow from creative development to distribution, aligning timelines and resources with campaign priorities.

Lead a multi-functional team, optimise substrates, finishes, and costs, and ensure quality and compliance across all channels and environments.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Print Production, Operations, or relatedfield.
• 5+ years’ experience in print/production with team leadership responsibility.
• 5–8 years’ leadership or people management in print/retail/operational delivery.
• Experience in retail or multi-channel production environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end workflow from creative adaptation to print finishing and distribution.
• Plan production capacity based on creative pipeline and campaign calendars.
• Coordinate with Traffic Manager to align delivery timelines and priorities.
• Manage budgets, substrates, finishes, and production techniques.
