Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies seeks a Creative Content Manager at its Head Office. You will oversee content across social, digital, web, mailers, press, video, animation and photography to support marketing objectives and multi-channel campaigns.

Lead content teams, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with Marketing, Promotions, Social Media and Design to deliver high-impact assets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for retail storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, Media Studies, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in content creation, content strategy, creative production, editorial, storytelling, or multidisciplinary creative environments.
• 3-5 years' experience in a leadership or people management role within creative, content, editorial, or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Content planning and campaign alignment across channels.
• Define content formats, messaging, and style per channel and campaign.
• Manage Content Creators, Copywriters, and Photographers to produce high-quality content.
• Review and approve content for multi-channel consistency and brand alignment.
• Work with Marketing, Promotions, Social Media, and Design teams to ensure content supports integrated campaigns.
