Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking a Head of Ecosystem Marketing at their Head Office in Midrand. You will lead planning, coordination and execution of promotional campaigns across customer-facing channels, aligning activity with the broader marketing calendar and commercial priorities.

The role requires a strong background in retail promotions, multi-channel execution, and team leadership to drive accurate, timely and compliant campaigns that engage customers and support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in retail promotions, broadsheet planning, or marketing campaign execution or promotional coordination.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a leadership or people management role within fast-paced retail or marketing environments.

Responsibilities

• Promotions planning and calendar management across the integrated marketing plan.
• Campaign management and execution coordination across store, digital, social, CRM, app, website, print and in-store touchpoints.
• Stakeholder alignment and governance with agencies, vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery.
