Job summary

Motus corporation in Cape Town is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive pre-owned vehicle sales. You will execute predefined work objectives, negotiate prices, and ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions while maintaining high customer service standards.

You will work within governance and compliance frameworks, build customer relationships, contribute to marketing campaigns, and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• 3-5 years working experience in a similar environment
• A valid South African driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales to process sales of pre-owned vehicle transactions accurately and timeously per predefined procedures.
• Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems and escape unresolved issues.
• Deliver on performance targets according to procedures and service level agreements.
• Report on transactional activities for decision making within area of accountability.
• Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
• Provide advice and support to customers to achieve service excellence.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns to increase new vehicle sales.
• Negotiate price, finalise sales and follow-up with customers for exceptional service.
• Adhere to FICA, POPI, and Customer Protection Act compliance.
• Process leads and follow up on potential sales.
• Develop customer relationships for vehicle sales in line with targets.
• Resolve customer complaints timely and effectively.
