Our client, a leading creative agency in George, seeks a proactive Senior Practice Assistant to support day-to-day operations, manage client projects, and ensure smooth execution of creative processes. You will handle patient-related workflows, assist with stock takes, fittings, quotations, and liaise with the sales team to achieve targets while delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent required, with strong administrative background.
• Proficient in Excel and computer literacy.
• Experience in staff management is preferred.
• 1 year of administration experience required.
• Sales, customer service and stock control experience is advantageous.
• Medical practice experience beneficial.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English essential.
• Valid RSA driver's license and own transport OR reliable transport.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients and greet them professionally.
• Open and manage patient files.
• Assist patients with fitting frames.
• Compile quotations and invoices.
• Assist with stock takes and inventory.
• Schedule appointments.
• Support sales by promoting products and services; help achieve targets.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Computer literate in Excel
• Experience in staff management
• 1 year of administration experience
• Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience within the Optical industry, will be advantageous
• Previous sales experience
• Experience in customer service and stock control
• Experience in medical practices beneficial
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English
