Job summary

Mirna Butler Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager for Pretoria East to drive and optimise daily retail operations in an optical setting. Lead a small team, oversee customer service, stock control, and administration to ensure exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have Matric, 2-3 years of managerial experience, strong sales & admin skills, fluent Afrikaans and English, a valid RSA driver’s license, and the ability to work retail hours including weekends.
