Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal PM qualification required (Prince2, IPMA, PMP, or PMI-ACP).
• 5–8 years' experience in mature PMO or business management.
• Insurance industry experience is a bonus (FAIS knowledge).
• Proven track record with PM tools like JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute projects per PMO strategy and process framework.
• Secure stakeholder understanding and buy-in.
• Support PMO Head in meeting departmental targets.
• Maintain pipeline of approved projects and admin.
• Collaborate with BIOs, IT Ops, IT Quality, and delivery teams.
• Ensure governance compliance and risk monitoring.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly consolidated reports.
• Maintain project plans, minutes, status reports.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor budgets against plans and realise benefits.
• Support post-project reviews and lessons learned.
