Lead on Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, report to senior leadership, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives while optimizing resources and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and mature the PMO, define structure and governance.
• Develop and implement standardized PM methodologies, tools, and templates.
• Oversee project portfolio alignment with strategic objectives and resource allocation.
• Lead and develop a team of project managers for high performance.
