Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Business Consultant focused on Performance Management. The role is primarily remote with on-site client engagement as needed in the Klerksdorp region and beyond.

You will drive sustainable improvements through KPI development, strategic planning, and operational excellence initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leadership, design dashboards, and guide clients in data-driven decision making while managing complex projects and relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field.
• 6+ years' experience in business consulting or performance management.
• Proven KPI development and performance dashboard experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current business performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement KPI frameworks tailored to client objectives.
• Design and deploy performance management systems and processes.
• Conduct data analysis to track progress and identify trends in business performance.
• Advise clients on strategic planning and execution.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on performance management techniques.
• Manage client relationships and ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
