Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant specialized in Performance Management Systems to work remotely with clients across sectors. You will design, implement, and optimize performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting to drive strategic alignment and better outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years in management consulting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. Remote work offers flexibility and opportunities to lead multi-client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or performance management roles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management systems, frameworks, and KPIs.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
• Understanding of strategic planning, goal setting, and operational execution principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects in a remote setting.
• Experience with various performance management software solutions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing performance management processes and systems to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Design and develop robust performance management frameworks, including balanced scorecards, OKRs, and KPI suites.
• Implement and integrate performance management tools and technologies.
• Develop reporting dashboards and analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define performance metrics, targets, and governance structures.
• Train client teams on the use and benefits of new performance management systems and processes.
• Ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational performance metrics.
• Contribute to the development of the firm's expertise in performance management best practices.
