This hybrid role combines client-site work with remote flexibility. You will mentor junior consultants, develop financial models and business cases, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm's intellectual capital

Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Finance).
• Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on strategy and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multifaceted projects.
• Expertise in strategic planning frameworks and operational improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with clients in diverse industries within the South African market.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements focused on strategy formulation, market analysis, and business model innovation.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives, including process improvement, cost reduction, and performance management.
