Job summary

Vodacom in Midrand is recruiting a Business Analyst with a focus on payments and process engineering to drive innovative methodologies for VodaPay customers. You will document user stories, ensure UAT sign-off, and support the product owner to align initiatives with strategic and tactical goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis and process engineering within payments/financial services, with exposure to mobile money, banking/forex, and tax.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent (essential).
• 3 year diploma/degree in IT / Business / engineering (desirable).
• Certification in Business Analysis (essential).

Responsibilities

• Support Payments product owner in formulating initiatives and aligning with business goals.
• Document and manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle with traceability.
• Identify risks related to requirements changes and mitigate where possible.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Involved in testing and training to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and coaching on process, design and BA principles.
