You will gather business requirements, translate them into documentation, and support project delivery. Strong skills in the Microsoft suite, Jira, and Confluence are essential. This role involves continuous improvement of analysis tools and processes.

Competenze

• 5-8 years of similar business analysis experience.
• Understanding of payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.) would be highly beneficial.

• Gather and document business and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional documentation.
• Document procedures and workflows.
• Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO.
