Qualifications

• 5-8 years of similar business analysis experience.
• Understanding of payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.) would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional documentation.
• Document procedures and workflows.
• Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO.
• Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation.
• Support UAT and ensure features meet requirements.
• Continuously improve analysis tools and processes.
