Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pastry kitchen operations ensuring consistency and quality.
• Mentor and train junior pastry staff to maintain high standards.
• Monitor stock levels, manage ordering and control food costs while minimising wastage.
• Ensure strict food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
