Craven Cottage CC in Stellenbosch is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to craft pastries and desserts to the chef's specifications. You will supervise junior pastry staff, manage mise en place, and contribute to recipe development while maintaining HACCP and high presentation standards.

Evenings, weekends and public holidays work required; opportunities to showcase creativity in pastry with a dynamic kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12 and a pastry-focused chef certificate or diploma.
• Preferably 2–3 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie.
• A passion for pastry and hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Good communication, leadership and teamwork abilities.
