Job summary

MyCareerCraft in Franschhoek is seeking a skilled Pastry CDP to lead pastry production in our busy kitchen. You will craft desserts, breads and pastries to a high standard and mentor junior pastry staff.

The ideal candidate holds Grade 12 and a Chef Certificate/Diploma in pastry, with 2–3 years' hands-on experience, a passion for hospitality, and strong attention to detail and presentation. Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays in a vibrant, client-focused setting.
