Job summary

TIH is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing and Social Media professional to join our in-house team and elevate the brand online. You will drive social strategy, lead campaigns across platforms, manage budgets, and report ROI to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with marketing, product and brand teams, ensure GDPR/POPI compliance, and mentor junior staff while staying ahead of social trends and emerging channels.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of social media specialization/management is essential.
• Experience in financial services industry and ecommerce is advantageous.
• 2+ years managerial experience delivering objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and roadmaps for digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives.
• Execute social media campaigns with in-platform builds, audience targeting and ROI tracking.
• Coordinate advertising and campaigns with agencies within SLAs.
• Ensure brand consistency across departments in social messages.
• Explore opportunities, grow social lead generation and expand platforms.
• QA website content to align with social and communications.
